For Jackets, Chaps, Vests, and Pants:
Our lifetime guarantee covers the workmanship on all of our American made chaps, jackets, vests and pants as long as they are owned by the original purchaser.* This includes any problem with snaps, zippers, seams and grommets that arise due to normal use of the garment. If you have any problem, please contact us or call toll-free, 1-800-766-4165, Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 10-4 EST. The customer can return the item back to us for repair (customer responsible for shipping to us.) Or upon pre-approval of quote, the customer will be reimbursed (up to a certain amount) for the cost of a local repair.
Our guarantee does not cover the liner or any hardware attached to the liner. Our lifetime guarantee does not cover any reflective piping. Any garments that have been abused (accidents, knife fights, failure to properly maintain the garment) will not be covered. Gloves, saddlebags, windshield bags, toolbags, travelbags, boots and items in our accessories section are not covered. You have 1 week to inspect your item and contact us regarding defects or items that are not as you expected.
Please note, items sent back within our 30 day return policy that have had pins or patches installed can be repaired but not replaced. Items sent back outside of the 30 day return policy will be repaired and not replaced. Items which cannot be repaired will be replaced with an item of the same size and style.
*Proof of purchase required for warranty repair/replacement. Proof of purchase does not require you to hold onto your invoice – as long as we can find record of the original purchase by name or email.

What's Covered:
Breakage: If your belt breaks under normal wear, send it back. We'll replace it with a new one.
Hardware Issues: Snaps or screws can sometimes fail. No worries! Contact us, and we'll send you the replacement parts at no extra cost.
Replacement: If the exact belt you return isn't in stock, we'll replace it with a similar item.
What's Not Covered:
Misuse: Belts damaged by cutting, burning, or being chewed by pets aren't covered.
Fit Issues: Ensure you choose the right size. We can't replace belts that don't fit.
Natural Wear: Leather belts will stretch over time. This natural wear isn't covered by our warranty.
Modifications: Adding extra holes or making other modifications might affect the warranty. Please consult us before making any changes.
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Ensure the belt is packed securely to avoid further damage.
